Returns Policy

We take ever care when packing your parcel but we also understand that once it leave us it is out of our control as to how that parcel is treated.  Sometimes things do get banged about in the post so for that reason we try to be understanding about breakages.  This does not mean we will just refund for no reason so please read our terms before purchasing.

WHAT can be returned?
We are happy to have you return the item if it is faulty or broken through no fault of your own.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
If an item is broken when you recieve it we need to be emailed within 24hours of your delivery.

HOW do customers return items?
Send it back to us in the same packing  that it was delivered to you .. via Aust Post to the mailing address on the label.

SHIPPING for returns?
We will pay the cost of return shipping if the item is broken on delivery.  If you are just having buyer remorse we will not pay the return shipping for an item that you purchased and then changed your mind.  We will also charge a 25% restocking fee as it all takes time for us to do.

CREDIT for returns?
Once we have received the item/s back  and either see the damage or find that they are in good condition we will refund your account.

Packing materials?
All  items need to be in orginal packaging for returns.
